Interested in using my images for something other than personal wallpaper?

The images contained in this website, and in my galleries, are protected by international copyright law. When visiting this site you are granted a personal license to download and use my images as wallpaper on your personal computer, BlackBerry device, and any other devices I specify ONLY.

Posting my artwork on personal or commercial websites is prohibited unless you obtain authorization from me.

All entities interested in using my artwork on a commercial webpage, or for any other commercial use, must contact me and terms of use will be determined.

• A minimum license fee of $250.00 will be required for ALL commercial use.
• I will do commissions, but terms will be set up in advance. All commission work will require an upfront fee of $250.00. Time and materials will be paid prior to my releasing the original art without watermarks.
• Please contact me for payment instructions.
• Give me at least two(2) weeks to respond, since I get a lot of such requests. Consider all image use requests denied until I personally notify you to the contrary.

My work may not be distributed on CD-ROM or other archival media like DVD-ROM, ZIP, floppy, or in compressed archives like .zip, .gz, or .tar files.

My images may be printed for personal use only, but not for distribution (commercial or non-profit).

Under no condition or circumstance will I allow any of my images to be posted without my watermark. This rule is written in stone. If you see such an image on any website I kindly ask that you drop me a line and let me know, for you can be sure that it's there without my permission and/or knowledge.

There will be no exceptions to the above stated rules. REMEMBER: An unanswered email does not mean that you have my permission.
